Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags when supplied, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@larkandreed.com with your order number and reason for return. If the return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1-year warranty

Every Lark & Reed piece is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes the gold PVD finish losing its colour, or a clasp, post or stone setting failing under normal wear. If this happens within 12 months of delivery, email support@larkandreed.com with your order number and a photo of the piece. We will send a replacement or, if the piece is no longer available, refund it. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, scratches, or damage caused by impact, chemicals or misuse.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, items marked final sale, and hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened or worn cannot be returned unless they are defective or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

Promotional orders

For returns from a multi-item promotion, including the Any 5 Pieces box offer, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotional price and the value of items kept.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order.

European Union cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags when supplied, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email support@larkandreed.com.
