Lark & Reed Product Warranty

Lark & Reed stands behind the quality of its accessories. Products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in accordance with applicable consumer law and any additional warranty stated on the product page.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects present under normal use.
• Faulty clasps, settings or components caused by workmanship.
• Items received damaged or materially different from what was ordered.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, loss or accidental damage.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, alterations or unauthorized repairs.
• Changes caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, cosmetics, chlorine or salt when care instructions were not followed.

Email help@yhpup.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We may request that the item be returned for inspection. This warranty does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
